Hechuan site ,which covers about 80,000m², is able to manufacture APIs from kilo to ton in accordance with cGMP. There are 9 workshops, including dedicated workshops for Retinoids, Oncology and Steroids.

The volume of reactors ranges from 50L to 3,000L, and the total reaction volume is more than 96,000L.

Hechuan site passed US-FDA inspection in 2012, 2015 and 2018 respectively. It was also approved by other 6 international regulatory authorities such as US, Europe, Japan, Switzerland, New Zealand and Korea. High quality APIs could be offered commercially.

Changshou site, which covers about 165,000m², is a new R&D and cGMP production integrated base. There are 8 workshops with more than 30 production lines, QC labs, power center, warehouses and waste-water treatment station, etc. The volume of reactors range from 50L and 8,000L, and the total reaction volume is more than 580,000L.

Changshou site introduces microreaction continuous synthesis, circulable dynamic manufacturing, chiral resolution, continuous photochemical reaction, RTO tail gas treatment technology, purchases Hastelloy continuous flow microchannel reactors, continuous photo chemical reactors in order to achieve intensive, large-scale, green production.
